Iwas born in Conrad, Montana to Elmer Munson, a carpenter and World War II veteran, and Helen Munson, a homemaker. I graduated from Eastern Montana College in Billings with a degree in Business Administration in 1976 after putting myself through college. In 1978, I married my husband, Thomas Bonogofsky, and had two wonderful daughters, Amber and Alexis. My daughters, now grown, attended Riverside Middle School and Senior High and now have careers in Psychology and Wildlife Conservation. Tom and I have a small farm along the Yellowstone River, in the Blue Creek area. When my daughters were small, I raised, trained and boarded horses. We have also raised cows, sheep, turkeys, chickens and goats, who are now working on clearing invasive weeds from the banks of the Yellowstone.
My husband and I own and manage L.P. Anderson Tire Company, a second generation family-owned business which was started in 1958. We bought the store from Tom’s father, Frank, in 1993 and worked hard over the year’s to provide the best customer service in Billings. We have 17 hard-working and dedicated employees that are the backbone of our business. We believe that our employees are the greatest asset we have and that they deserve to have a living wage, health insurance, retirement plans and job security.
I believe that my generation should leave Montana a better place for future generations and every decision I make in Helena will work toward this goal.

You bet I’ll be writing you in…….. when should I put the yard sign back up?
